This website is a joint initiative between the Victorian WorkCover Authority (WorkSafe Victoria), the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) and the Environment Protection Authority (EPA).

The website has been established to provide the Victorian Community with information reflecting the current Victorian Government information and guidance with regard to the safe management, removal and disposal of asbestos, and the rights and responsibilities of homeowners, employers and other parties with respect to Victorian legislation in relation to asbestos.
